Vilagi Leaves Post of Slovnaft General Director, Replaced by Gabriel Szabo

Bratislava, 5 December (TASR) - Oszkar Vilagi has left the posts of general director and chairman of the board of directors at the Slovnaft refinery after two decades there, and he's been replaced by Gabriel Szabo in both posts as of December, the company announced on Friday. Vilagi remains engaged in the MOL Group as a member of the supreme executive committee and as a member of the MOL board of directors. Szabo is one of the most experienced managers of the MOL Group. In addition to carrying out his new roles at Slovnaft, he'll also continue to serve in his post as MOL Group vice-president for Downstream. He began working for Slovnaft in 2001 and has held several managerial posts in Slovakia and abroad. The Slovnaft Group is an integrated refining and petrochemical group that belongs to Hungarian firm MOL. The key company of the group is the Slovnaft refinery, which is mainly engaged in oil processing in one of the most comprehensive European refineries, and wholesale and retail sales of fuels.
