Bratislava, 3 December (TASR) - The Justice Ministry presented on Wednesday a strategic document focused on the development of the judiciary between 2026-2031, TASR was told by Dalibor Skladan from the ministry's press department. The document contains specific measures, including the restoration of the institution of judicial trainees, the unification of the selection of judges through data-driven evaluation of the performance of the judiciary, the secure implementation of artificial intelligence tools, and the modernisation of electronic communications. "At the meeting, I ... presented a working draft of a strategic document aimed at supporting and developing the judiciary in Slovakia, entitled 'Draft Strategy for the Development of the Judiciary 2026-2031'," said Justice Minister Boris Susko (Smer-SD).
