Bratislava, 19 November (TASR) - If a general election had been held in November, opposition Progressive Slovakia (PS) would have won with 21.1 percent of the vote, followed by the senior coalition Smer-SD party, supported by 16.7 percent of voters, according to a recent poll carried out by the Social Research Centre, which is part of the Statistics Office's subsidiary Infostat.

Bratislava, 19 November (TASR) - Tasking Education Minister Tomas Drucker (Voice-SD) with managing the Office of the Vice-premier for the Recovery Plan and a Knowledge-based Economy is a temporary technical solution until the name of a new deputy prime minister for the recovery plan is announced, Voice-SD leader and Interior Minister Matus Sutaj Estok stated on Wednesday, adding that the future vice-premier should be announced shortly.
