Prosecutor-General's Office and Memory Institute Sign Memorandum on Cooperation

Bratislava, 17 November (TASR) - The Prosecutor-General's Office (PG) and the Nation's Memory Institute (UPN) will cooperate, according to a memorandum of cooperation signed on Monday, the Day of the Struggle for Freedom and Democracy, by Prosecutor-General Maros Zilinka and UPN Board Chairman Jergus Sivos. "Chairman Sivos and I agreed on the need to spread the values of freedom and democracy in society and, in order to achieve this goal, deepening mutual cooperation in fulfilling the constitutional and legal mission of the PG's Office and UPN," Zilinka posted on social media. Slovakia is commemorating the Day of the Struggle for Freedom and Democracy on Monday, 17 November, which is linked to the Velvet Revolution. am/df
