Blanar to Leave for Working Visit to France on Monday

Bratislava, 27 October (TASR) - Foreign Affairs Minister Juraj Blanar (Smer-SD) is set to travel for a working visit to France on Monday, Foreign Ministry's communications department told TASR on the same day, adding that he will meet with his French counterpart Jean-Noel Barrot on Tuesday (28 October) to discuss strengthening Slovak-French relations, developing economic and investment cooperation, as well as current foreign policy issues. "The head of Slovak diplomacy will also hold talks with French president's adviser on Europe Alexis Dutertre. At the Slovak Embassy in Paris, he will meet with representatives of the Slovak expatriate community in France and commemorate the 145th anniversary of the birth of General Milan Rastislav Stefanik, as well as the legacy of French participants in the Slovak National Uprising," added the ministry. jrg
