Blanar to Leave on Sunday for Working Visit to France

Bratislava, 11 October (TASR) - Foreign Affairs Minister Juraj Blanar (Smer-SD) is scheduled to travel to France on Sunday (12 October) for a working visit, the ministry's communications department told TASR on Saturday, adding that Blanar will meet his French counterpart Jean-Noel Barrot on Monday (13 October) to discuss strengthening bilateral ties and current foreign policy issues.
"The head of Slovak diplomacy will also hold talks with French president's adviser on Europe Alexis Dutertre. At the Slovak Embassy in Paris, he will meet with representatives of the Slovak expatriate community in France and commemorate the 145th anniversary of the birth of General Milan Rastislav Stefanik, as well as the legacy of French participants in the Slovak National Uprising," added the ministry.
