Prosecutor's Office to Issue Decision on Kotlar's Submission Within a Month

Bratislava, 18 September (TASR) – The Prosecutor's Office expects to issue a decision within one month regarding the findings concerning COVID-19 and mRNA vaccines, submitted by Government Proxy for Investigation into COVID-19 Pandemic Management Peter Kotlar, spokesperson of the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Trencin Marian Sipavy confirmed to TASR on Thursday. „An intensive investigation is ongoing in this criminal matter. The notifier (the Government Proxy) has been interviewed by the investigator, and documentary evidence necessary for a decision is being continuously gathered. A decision is expected to be issued within one month,” said Sipavy. Kotlar on Thursday publicly urged the Prosecutor-General’s Office to disclose the current status of his submission regarding COVID-19 vaccines. In March, he submitted an expert report to Prosecutor General Maros Zilinka analyzing mRNA vaccines used in Slovakia during the pandemic. According to Kotlar, the analysis concluded that all tested vaccine batches had the potential to alter human DNA, potentially leading to serious health conditions. mf
