NSS: Disciplinary Proceedings with Former Special Prosecutor to Begin in October

Bratislava, 27 August (TASR) - Disciplinary proceedings against prosecutor and former head of the now dissolved Special Prosecutor's Office Daniel Lipsic are set to begin with an oral hearing slated for 14-15 October, TASR reported on Wednesday based on a schedule of hearings published by the Supreme Administrative Court (NSS) on its website. The disciplinary motion against Lipsic was filed by Prosecutor-General Maros Zilinka at the end of November of last year due to Lipsic's alleged wilful failure to carry out prosecutorial duties. jrg/df
