Bratislava, 12 August (TASR) – The Ministry of Justice is successfully implementing several projects — funded by the Slovak Recovery and Resilience Plan — aiming to renovate and modernise both the exterior and interior spaces of multiple court buildings, the ministry declared in its social media post on Tuesday.
As a result, the buildings in question will boast higher energy efficiency and generate significant savings on energy costs.
The ministry announced that major reconstruction efforts are underway under Component 15 - Investment 1, concerning court buildings across the Slovak Republic.
„The renovated and modernised premises will provide better working conditions for court staff and offer a more dignified and efficient environment for citizens of the Slovak Republic – court clients,” the ministry stated. It described the initiative as another tangible step toward improving the judiciary’s functioning in Slovakia.
Currently, construction work is ongoing at three district courts: in Senica, Liptovsky Mikulas and Spisska Nova Ves. The ministry also confirmed that reconstruction efforts at other district and regional courts will soon follow.
