Bratislava, 7 August (TASR) - The parliamentary constitutional committee didn't deal with the European Commission's report on the state of the rule of law in Slovakia or the implications of an amendment to the Penal Code on Thursday, as it wasn't quorate, with not enough MPs attending the session. A special committee session was initiated by the opposition. It also invited Justice Minister Boris Susko (Smer-SD), who didn't appear. Opposition MPs wanted to hold at least an informal debate with him, but this wasn't possible. ko/df
