Kremnica Warns of Injured She-bear with Two Cubs, Says May Pose Threat

Kremnica, 4 August (TASR) - The town of Kremnica has warned its residents and visitors about the presence of an injured she-bear with her two cubs in the eastern part of the town, TASR has learnt from Kremnica's social media statement. The she-bear was hit by a train and then ran into the forest. According to city hall officials, the animal could pose a serious danger to the public. The brown bear strike team has been notified of the situation. „In this regard, the city is asking residents and visitors to exercise extra caution when moving around the area, as well as in other areas near the city,“ the officials stated. lin/mcs
