HaZZ: Child Drowns after Falling into Dobsina Stream

Dobsina, July 14 (TASR) - Firefighters from Dobsina (Kosice region) were dispatched on Monday to assist a drowning child who had fallen into a stream, but despite the efforts of firefighters and paramedics, the child could not be saved, the Regional Directorate of the Fire and Rescue Corps (HaZZ) in Kosice reported on social media on the same day. "When we arrived at the scene, the child had already been pulled out of the water by some people and was unconscious. Paramedics were already at the scene, and firefighters immediately assisted them with attempts to resuscitate the child," the firefighters added. The child was pronounced dead by a doctor. lin/df
