Bratislava, 11 July (TASR) - The Economic University in Bratislava (EUBA) will also benefit from Recovery and Resilience Plan funds that are intended to contribute towards modernising and improving the quality of education infrastructure, TASR has learnt from the Education Ministry. "Nearly €15 million will enable the university to renovate several important buildings, including two student dormitory buildings," stated the ministry. "An important part of modernising universities, alongside improving the quality of education, is improving conditions for students in terms of university facilities and accommodation. Our goal is to make Slovak universities more attractive and to prevent a brain drain," said Education Minister Tomas Drucker (Voice-SD). Up to €170 million from the Slovak Recovery and Resilience Plan will go towards reconstructing university buildings and dormitories. The Education Ministry will gradually present the specific projects to the public. lin/df
