Bratislava, 17 June (TASR) - Slovakia is evacuating more Slovak nationals and citizens of other countries from the Middle East crisis area, the Foreign Affairs Ministry's communications department told TASR on Tuesday, adding that the evacuees will be brought to M.R. Stefanik Airport in Bratislava on Tuesday evening by a government plane from Larnaca, Cyprus. There are 18 Slovaks, 13 Hungarians, eight Austrians and three Czechs among the evacuees. "The second evacuation flight will bring to Slovakia a second group of our citizens as well as nationals from partner countries that have asked us for help. We first transported dozens of Slovak and foreign citizens from the Jordanian cities of Aqaba and Amman to Cyprus, which has become a key and safe evacuation centre in this difficult crisis," said chief Slovak diplomat Juraj Blanar (Smer-SD). am/df
