Liberation80: Slovak Agricultural Museum to Feature Battle Re-enactments

Nitra, 31 May (TASR) - The event 'Thunder beneath Zobor', which will take place on 21 June at the Slovak Agricultural Museum in Nitra within the Agrokomplex exhibition grounds, will showcase the liberation battles from the end of the Second World War in western Slovakia, complemented by a rich accompanying programme, TASR has learnt from the museum itself. As part of the event, there will be an exhibition of period equipment, weapons, and technology, demonstrations of soldiers' lives in historical camps, as well as demonstrations of the work of the armed forces. The programme will also include an exhibition of plastic models from the Second World War, creative workshops, RC models, and a vintage car meet.
