Interrogation of Three Suspected of Neo-Nazism to Start on Thursday Afternoon

Bratislava, 22 May (TASR) - The interrogation of those accused of engaging in the activities of a neo-Nazi group operating in Bratislava, whom a prosecutor wants to have remanded in custody, will begin at the Specialised Criminal Court (STS) in Banska Bystrica at 1.30 p.m. on Thursday, court spokesperson Katarina Kudjakova has confirmed for TASR. Twenty people were detained during the police raid on Tuesday (20 May), with 14 of them accused of criminal activities. A prosecutor from the Bratislava Regional Prosecutor's Office has proposed remanding three of them in custody for preventive reasons. All three have previously been convicted of deliberate crimes, two of them for extremism-related ones. ko/df
