Bratislava, May 8 (TASR) - It is crucial to remind people more than ever of the horrors of the war and do everything possible to prevent another global conflict, stated the Slovak National Party (SNS) on Thursday in a statement marking the 80th anniversary of the end of the Second World War. "We're convinced that the premier's [Robert Fico] visit to the Russian Federation is justified. The world isn't just black and white. Let's do everything we can to prevent the polarisation of the world and the creation of an Iron Curtain," the party stated. "If he can stand on a podium next to other prominent world leaders, it will confirm that, despite being a small country, Slovakia has a strong voice in the world," added SNS. lin/df
