Susko Condemns Assault on Judge, Not Known Whether It Concerned Her Work as Yet

Bratislava, May 7 (TASR) - Justice Minister Boris Susko (Smer-SD) has stated that he was shocked to hear of an attack on a judge from Turcianske Klacany (Zilina region) and has condemned it. "At the moment we don't know whether or not the assault on the judge was related to her carrying out her work. However, I will be very interested in any information that the law-enforcement authorities will be able to reveal," Susko posted on a social network. The police are currently documenting a violent crime that took place in the district of Martin on Wednesday. The media reported that the judge was assaulted by two unknown men and that the police immediately launched an extensive search for the perpetrators. According to eyewitnesses, the police are stopping and searching cars at the exits from Martin. ko/df
