Rasi Meets with Chinese Ambassador to Discuss Economic Cooperation

Bratislava, May 5 (TASR) - House Speaker Richard Rasi (Voice-SD) received Chinese Ambassador to Slovakia H.E. Cai Ge in Slovak Parliament on Monday, with their meeting revolving around Rasi’s upcoming working trip to China and efforts to strengthen economic cooperation between the two countries, TASR was told by Parliament's media department on the same day. During the upcoming visit, Rasi is expected to attend the China-CEEC Expo in the city of Ningbo, where Slovakia and Slovenia will be the event’s guests of honor. More than 50 Slovak companies will participate, set to showcase innovative technologies, including flight simulation systems, virtual reality experiences, and interactive exhibitions. The expo will offer Slovak firms the opportunity to establish new business contacts, negotiate with potential partners, and increase Slovakia’s economic presence in the Chinese market. “Slovakia aims to be an active and reliable partner of the People's Republic of China in Central Europe and demonstrate that it has something to offer on the global market,” stated Rasi. mf
