V4 Business Conference to Take Place in Bratislava on June 10 This Year

Bratislava, May 2 (TASR) - The V4 Business Conference will take place on June 10 in Bratislava with the participation of European Commissioner for Trade and Economic Security Maros Sefcovic, focusing on trade relations with the United States, the declining competitiveness of European companies, the automotive industry, and global trade partnerships with emerging markets, TASR learnt from conference founder Lukas Parizek on Friday. "This year, by organising the Visegrad 4 Business conference, we're responding to dynamic changes in international trade. This is reflected not only in the event's topics but also in the strong interest and participation of domestic industry and foreign partners. Through discussions on the most pressing economic issues, we'll strive to jointly convey the demands of entrepreneurs to the public sector with the aim of achieving positive changes and measures," said Parizek. Since 2022, the conference has been organised by four business organisations from the V4 region: the Council of Slovak Exporters, the Czech Association of Exporters, Hungary's MAPI Club, and Poland's Economic Forum. lin/mcs
