Working Group Tasked with Improving Security Situation Holds First Meeting

Bratislava, May 24 (TASR) - The initial session of a working group tasked with the preparation of measures and a draft bill to improve the security situation in Slovakia took place at the Government Office on Friday. "The members of the working group presented basic conceptual measures that will be further elaborated at the ministerial level into a specific legislative and technical form," the Government Office explained. The topic of the quality of the media environment and the interest to involve the media in improving the social environment was also raised. The meeting was also attended by representatives of individual ministries as well as security forces. zel/mcs
