Bratislava, May 8 (TASR) - There are no reasons yet to shut down schools on Thursday (May 9), Interior Ministry state secretary Lucia Kurilovska said before a session of the government on Wednesday. Kurilovska spoke in response to Tuesday's (May 7) false bomb threats that had interrupted the operation of schools in Slovakia. Kurilovska confirmed that all inspections had been conducted on Tuesday. "I can confirm that we've recorded more than 1,300 alerts and bomb threats regarding schools. Today, fortunately, nothing is happening, but of course, the police are at standby," she added. mf/mcs
