Police Responding to Bomb Alerts at Schools in Several Regions

Bratislava, May 7 (TASR) - Bomb alerts were reported at schools in Bratislava, Trnava, Zilina, Trencin and Nitra regions on Tuesday morning, the police, who are examining the reports, have posted on a social network. Bratislava regional police were the first to report the alleged planting of explosives. The police in Bratislava region are investigating reports at several schools in the districts of Malacky, Senec and Pezinok. The police in Trencin region are inspecting schools in Trencin, Ilava, Prievidza and Nove Mesto nad Vahom districts. Police officers are also searching schools in Nitra region. "Police officers of the Regional Directorate of the Police Corps in Zilina are investigating claims that explosives have been planted in several schools in the districts of Kysucke Nove Mesto, Liptovsky Mikulas, Martin and Dolny Kubin," the police in Zilina region wrote on a social network.
