MPs Postpone Election of Candidates for Constitutional Judge until Next Session

Bratislava, May 2 (TASR) - The election of candidates to the post of Constitutional Court judge has been postponed until the next regular session of Parliament, which is set to start on June 11, TASR learnt on Thursday. The House is to elect two candidates for the post of Constitutional Court judge. One of them will be chosen and appointed to the post by the president. The successful candidate will replace Jana Lassakova, who left the Constitutional Court last year. Anton Dulak, Martina Janosikova, Michaela Kralova, Zuzana Pitonakova and Livia Trellova are running for the post. am/df
