Trnava, April 25 (TASR) - The hearing on the conditional release of mob boss Mikulas Cernak at Trnava District Court in Piestany on Thursday has been adjourned until May 2. Spokeswoman for the Regional Court in Trnava Jana Kondakorova said that the hearing was adjourned because the procedural conditions for carrying it out weren't met. According to Erik Magal, Mikulas Cernak's lawyer, it was a formal shortcoming. "I don't know on whose side the fault lies. The prosecutor said that he didn't have that motion, so the public hearing wasn't even opened. Therefore, I won't comment on anything, you'll learn everything at a public session. I assume that the evidence will be more extensive. I think Mr. Cernak is taking up a good attitude towards this, we'll see what the result will be, he'll comment during the public session," said Magal. am/df
