Bratislava Airport among Top Ten Airports in Eastern Europe

Bratislava, April 20 (TASR) - M.R. Stefanik Airport in Bratislava is one of top ten airports in Eastern Europe, as it ranked the tenth in the category of Eastern European airports in the Skytrax rating of the best airports in the world, airport spokesperson Veronika Tothova announced earlier this week. "I highly appreciate the fact that M.R. Stefanik Airport has gained recognition from the world's most prestigious airport rating programme thanks to customer reviews. I am glad that our services were positively evaluated, which at the same time motivates us to constantly improve and expand our customer services and comfort," said airport general director Dusan Novota. Millions of travellers of more than 100 nationalities annually participate in the survey of the best airports in the world. Passengers filled in questionnaires between August 2023 and March 2024 and evaluated more than 570 airports around the world. In the survey, passengers expressed their satisfaction with check-in arrangements, arrivals and departures, shopping options, security and passport checks. ko/mcs/am
