Election24: Referendum on Wind Park Held Concurrently with Election in Radosovce

Radosovce, April 6 (TASR) - A local referendum on construction of a wind park is taking place concurrently with the run-off round of the presidential election in the village of Radosovce in the district of Skalica (Trnava region) on Saturday. Polling stations both for the presidential election and the referendum are situated in the local house of culture. A chair of one of the two ward commissions for the presidential election Melania Kucerova has told TASR that the election is running smoothly. Chair of the referendum commission Elena Mikulova said that no complications were reported in connection with the referendum, either, adding that she hopes it will remain like that. The results of the referendum should be announced on Sunday (April 4) on the municipality's website. Radosovce residents are answering the referendum question as to whether or not they agree with the construction of a wind part in the cadastre of their village. ko
