Bratislava, November 22 (TASR) - A total of 68,888 people were tested for COVID-19 on Saturday (November 21), the first day of another round of mass testing, with 1.98 percent or 1,366 of them turning out positive for the virus, Defence Minister Jaroslav Nad (OLaNO) posted on a social network on Saturday night. The minister also thanked everyone who joined the testing, recommending mayors to motivate inhabitants of their municipalities and towns to come to testing on Sunday. "The lower participation means that the figures of people tested positive in individual municipalities are higher. This is because particularly those who suspect that they could be positive are coming. This can have an impact on the choice of municipalities and towns for further testing," he said. The weekend testing is taking place in 458 towns and municipalities in Slovakia from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. am
