Bratislava, 25 September (TASR) - Prosecutor General (PG) Maros Zilinka has been threatened with a bomb attack, PG Office spokesperson Zuzana Drobova confirmed to TASR on Friday, adding that police are already investigating the case. "We can confirm that an unknown person threatened the Prosecutor-General and his wife with a bomb attack. The relevant police department is currently carrying out the necessary measures," she added. Information about a threatening message addressed to Zilinka was also confirmed by the police. "Today, police officers from the Bratislava I District Police Directorate received a threatening message addressed to a public official - the Prosecutor-General of the Slovak Republic. In connection with verifying this information, police officers are carrying out the necessary procedures," Bratislava regional police spokesperson Martina Semetkova told TASR, adding that more information would be provided when the situation permits. jrg
