Ministry: Foreign Air Forces to Take Part in International Air Show in Piestany

Bratislava/Piestany, 11 August (TASR) - Foreign air forces will also take part in the International Aviation Days in Piestany (Trnava region), organised by the Defence Ministry, ministry spokesman Michal Bachraty has told TASR, adding that they should include Spanish, Czech and Hungarian units. He added that admission to the event will be free of charge. The air show will take place at Piestany airport on 5 and 6 September. The Defence Ministry announced that it is organising the International Aviation Days on Monday (10 August). The event will be held on the same weekend on which the cancelled SIAF International Aviation Days 2026 were due to take place in Kosice. ko/df
