Bratislava, 28 July (TASR) - At a hearing behind closed doors on 6 May, the Supreme Court dismissed the appeal lodged by Justice Minister Boris Susko (Smer-SD) in the case of former head of Financial Administration (the tax and customs office) Frantisek Imrecze, whom the Specialised Criminal Court (STS) convicted last January by summary judgment for the offence of breaching obligations in the administration of someone else's property in conjunction with the offence of manipulating public procurement and public auctions, TASR was told by STS spokesperson Iveta Pulman Erdelyiova on Tuesday.
