Post Bellum Hands over Another Ambulance from Fundraising Campaign to Ukraine

Bratislava, 20 June (TASR) - The Post Bellum association has handed over another ambulance purchased through a fundraising campaign to Ukraine, with the vehicle featuring four-wheel drive for better handling in difficult terrain and on unpaved roads, TASR learnt from Post Bellum earlier this week. "Our Slovak ambulance immediately joined operations at one of the hospitals in Lviv region, where wounded soldiers from frontline areas are being transferred for further treatment after suffering serious injuries," stated Post Bellum, adding that the ambulance will also be used to provide emergency services for civilians. According to the association, the vehicle was handed over to one of the hospital's doctors in the presence of a Greek Catholic priest. jrg/df
