Direct Flights between Poprad and Prague to Be Launched as of Late October

Bratislava, 11 June (TASR) - Wizz Air will launch new direct flights between Poprad (Presov region) and the Czech capital of Prague as of 25 October, the airline announced on Thursday. The new air route between Poprad-Tatry and Prague will be served three times a week, on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. "The new route further diversifies our air connections from Slovakia and underlines our long-term commitment to the market," said Wizz Air corporate communications manager Vera Jardan. Wizz Air currently offers a total of 35 destinations in 22 countries flying from Slovakia. In 2025, it handled 2,500 flights to and from the country. ko/df
