Bratislava, 21 May (TASR) - The police on Thursday detained an individual sought in connection with Wednesday's (20 May) fatal stabbing attack on a man in Bratislava, the police announced on social media on the same day. "Currently, all necessary procedural actions are being carried out," stated the police, thanking the public for their assistance in the search. On Wednesday evening, the police reported a sharp-object attack on a man on Cabanova Street in Bratislava, with the victim succumbing to his injuries. On Thursday morning, the police clarified that the attack had actually taken place on nearby Tranovskeho Street and released information about a man who could help shed light on the incident. jrg
