Dubrovnik, 28 April (TASR-correspondent) - Slovakia will host the 12th Three Seas Initiative summit in 2027, said President Peter Pellegrini on Tuesday in Dubrovnik, Croatia, where he's attending the 11th summit of the initiative, TASR has learnt from its special correspondent. "This is a major event involving many countries with a huge turnout. I firmly believe that, as is the case here in Dubrovnik, the summit in Slovakia will also be a success, addressing the most pressing issues at that time, faced not only by the region, but also the whole world," said Pellegrini. On Tuesday, Pellegrini will take part in a plenary session of the Three Seas Initiative leaders, with more than 30 delegations expected to attend. He's also due to hold a bilateral meeting with Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic. On Wednesday, he'll speak at a leaders panel held as part of a business forum and meet a delegation of Slovak entrepreneurs. The president's delegation includes Economy Minister Denisa Sakova (Voice-SD), Foreign Affairs Ministry State Secretary Rastislav Chovanec and more than 40 Slovak entrepreneurs, making it the sixth-largest business delegation at the initiative's business forum. jrg/df
