Bratislava, 22 April (TASR) - Following technical issues lasting since Wednesday morning, MPs finally began deliberations as part of the sixth day of the ongoing House session in the afternoon with the debate on an amendment to the land registry law prepared by the Agriculture Ministry.
Agriculture Minister Richard Takac (Smer-SD) said that the amendment is needed to introduce mandatory authentication or registration for access to certain types of personal data recorded in the land registry and published on its website. Data obtained via this authentication or registration could be used for the needs of the law-enforcement authorities.
After the amendment to the land registry law has been debated, a government bill amending the law on the regulation of ownership relations to land and other agricultural property is due to follow.
