Bratislava, 14 April (TASR) - Slovakia's agricultural sector is set to receive aid totalling €662.1 million under Campaign 2026, of which €445.3 million is earmarked for the first pillar (direct payments) and €216.8 million for the second one, Agriculture and Rural Development Minister Richard Takac (Smer-SD) told a press conference on Tuesday. The press conference was also attended by Marek Cepko, head of the Agricultural Payment Agency (PPA), and Dusan Gabor, general director of the rural development and direct payments section at the Agriculture Ministry.
