Stefan Vyletel Becomes New Director of National Lottery Company Tipos

Bratislava, 8 April (TASR) - Stefan Vyletel, the former deputy chairman of the board of directors at national lottery company Tipos, has been appointed general director and chairman of the board, replacing Michal Hutnik, who resigned for health reasons, the Tourism and Sport Ministry's communications and marketing department announced on Wednesday. The vacant position of deputy chairman has been filled by Rastislav Dutka, who served as general director and board chairman at a major commercial radio station in Slovakia until the end of March 2026. All other positions on the board remain unchanged, according to the ministry. "Michal Hutník has done a great job for Tipos. Under his leadership, the company has achieved record-breaking results, with an 8 percent increase in revenue and the highest-ever allocation for Slovak sport. I have full confidence that Stefan Vyletel is the right man to continue that trend, as he knows the company inside out. Meanwhile, Rastislav Dutka brings fresh insight from the media sector to complement the team," said Tourism and Sport Minister Rudolf Huliak (Independent). "I am honoured by the confidence the shareholder has placed in me," said Vyletel. "Tipos is an institution with a clear mandate, and we intend to stay on the course that delivered these record-breaking results.
