Bratislava, 11 March (TASR) - President Peter Pellegrini will take part in the government session on Wednesday, the President's Office has informed TASR. House Vice-chair Tibor Gaspar (Smer-SD) thinks that the cabinet will discuss the conclusions of Premier Robert Fico's (Smer-SD) talks in Paris, and about the plan to submit legislation introducing the institution of a state of alert, which the head of state announced on Tuesday (10 March). "In my opinion, they'll raise the issues of what was discussed, especially regarding oil supplies through the Druzhba pipeline. At the same time, I think that, with the participation of the president, they might begin a discussion on a potential change to states related to Slovakia's security that are needed to address situations that arise," said Gaspar in response to a journalist's question after a meeting of the Coalition Council on Wednesday. The cabinet will meet at the unusual time of 2 p.m. on Wednesday. It should deal with a draft protocol amending an agreement between the Slovak and Hungarian governments on cooperation in the construction, operation, maintenance, reconstruction and restoration of operations after an outage of a hydrocarbon pipeline crossing a common state border. An agreement on social welfare between Slovakia and Moldova is on the agenda of the session as well. ko/df
