Kosice Launches Interactive Event to Present Projects to Shape its Future

Kosice/Bratislava, 9 March (TASR) - The city of Kosice on Monday launched an interactive event called 'City within a City', presenting visions, projects and investments to shape the future development of Kosice. The exhibition is slated to remain open to the public until 22 March, daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., at the shopping centre on the Namestie osloboditelov square. It will also feature regular discussions with experts on selected topics as well as workshops. The city's chief architect, Petr Kropp, considers such events important. "The city clearly declares its interest in developing, and in doing so in line with the new land plan. It presents projects that are key to the city's development not only today or tomorrow, but for the long-term future," he said. mf
