MFA: Blanar Will Leave for USA to Attend First-ever Meeting of Board of Peace

Bratislava, 17 February (TASR) - Foreign Affairs Minister Juraj Blanar (Smer-SD) will leave for Washington on Wednesday (18 February), where he will attend the first-ever meeting of the Board of Peace on Thursday (19 February), the Foreign Affairs Ministry's communication department has informed TASR. "Slovakia will participate in the meeting as an observer at the invitation of US President Donald Trump. The head of Slovak diplomacy will stand in for Premier Robert Fico (Smer-SD) in Washington," added the ministry. ko
