Gov't: Qatari Diplomats No Longer Need Visa to Travel to Slovakia and Vice Versa

Bratislava, 21 January (TASR) - At its session on Wednesday, the government approved a draft inter-governmental agreement between Slovakia and Qatar on the mutual cancellation of visa duty for holders of diplomatic, special and service passports. The agreement should facilitate travel for Qatari diplomats to Slovakia and vice versa. "Based on provisions of this agreement, these persons may enter, transit through, stay in and leave the territory of the other contracting party for a period not exceeding 90 days within any 180-day period without a visa," explained the Interior Ministry that submitted the draft to the Cabinet. ko
