Agel in Advanced Talks Regarding Operation of Brothers of Mercy Hospital

Bratislava, 15 December (TASR) - Agel is in advanced negotiations with the Brothers of Mercy regarding the operation of the Brothers of Mercy University Hospital with Polyclinic in Bratislava, Agel's communications manager Jarmila Sevcikova told TASR on Monday, adding that the common goal of both parties is to maintain the scope of health care and preserve jobs. "Negotiations between the Hospitaller Order of St. John of God - Brothers of Mercy and Agel have been resumed and are currently entering their final phase. Both parties are working on finalising the necessary documentation," said Sevcikova, noting that once the documentation has been signed, the entire process will be subject to review by the Slovak Antimonopoly Office. am
