"During a ceremonial event in Prague, the head of Slovak diplomacy will present the Foreign Affairs Minister's Gold Medal to former Czech ice-hockey player and Slovak national ice-hockey team coach Vladimir Vujtek for his significant contribution to spreading Slovakia's good name abroad and developing relations between Slovakia and the Czech Republic," said the ministry.
During his visit, Blanar will also pay tribute to Milan Hodza, who was the first Slovak to become prime minister of Czechoslovakia 90 years ago. "The commemorative event will take place near Hodza's villa in Prague," added the ministry.
