PS: MIRRI Project to Finance Personnel of Centres for Shared Services Misguided

Bratislava, March 13 (TASR) - The call for projects on the financing of personnel capacity of centres for shared services, worth €16 million and issued by the Ministry of Investments, Regional Development and Informatisation (MIRRI), won't lead to any savings on personnel, opposition MP Jana Hanuliakova of Progressive Slovakia (PS) stated on Thursday.
According to MIRRI, the projects are aimed to enable local and regional authorities to finance employees of shared-service centres to carry out tasks they all share. In Hanuliakova's view, however, the call will backfire, as it motivates local authorities to hire additional people, instead of seeking savings on their existing personnel capacities.
