Bratislava, January 26 (TASR) - MPs Jan Ferencak and Roman Malatinec (both Voice-SD) and MPs recently expelled from Voice-SD, Radomir Salitros and Samuel Migal, won't take part in any vote in Parliament as of the expulsion of the duo from the party, it follows from a post of Migal published on a social network.
Without these four votes, the governing coalition no longer commands parliamentary majority.
"It is with concern that we learnt of Voice-SD chair Matus Sutaj Estok's statements about us, which are not based on truth and are slanderous. Instead of discussion, we register increased interest of police and intelligence services in us," reads the statement.
The four legislators underlined that they've cared about the preservation of democratic values and the governing coalition.
"We ask Prime Minister Robert Fico (Smer-SD) to address these problems without delay, so as to end the uncertainty plaguing the society. Under such pressure, we won't take part in any further parliamentary vote until the situation is resolved," added the text.
