Interior Ministry Plans to Buy Firefighting Robots for Almost €5.5 million

Bratislava, November 30 (TASR) - The Interior Ministry is planning to purchase 20 firefighting robots for the Fire and Rescue Corps for almost €5.5 million, according to a contract, which the ministry published in the central register. The ministry therefore concluded a framework contract with a company called 3mon, on the basis of which it can buy robots on an ongoing basis. According to the document, the Interior Ministry wants to buy ten tracked electric robots for firefighting, the unit price of which is almost €400,000. It would also like to buy ten robots designed to move a burning vehicle from underground premises to the open air. Their unit price is approximately €155,000. am
