Police Investigating Suspicious Death in Nitra

Nitra, 22 May (TASR) - The police in Nitra are investigating the suspicious death of a person in Nitra, the Nitra Region Police Directorate reported on Friday. Police officers are currently taking initial steps at the crime scene, investigating the incident in connection with a suspected violent crime. The police received a report that a person had been found without signs of life in an abandoned building. According to witnesses, the building is located close to a shopping centre near the river. The wooden structure has been cordoned off, and an examining doctor is also present at the scene alongside the police. More details will be provided once the situation allows, said the police. ko/df
