Heger Meets with Croatian and Czech Premiers in Croatia

Bratislava/Split, August 5 (TASR) - Slovak Prime Minister Eduard Heger met in Croatia with his Croatian counterpart Andrej Plenkovic and Czech premier Petr Fiala, TASR learnt from Heger's post on a social network on Friday. "We particularly discussed current issues such as the war in Ukraine, inflation and energy. Not being left out was the fact that Croatia is a popular summer tourist destination for the Czechs and Slovaks, who are undoubtedly going to be pleased to learn that as of next year they'll be able to use euros for payment in this country," wrote Heger. Both the Czech and Slovak premiers are currently vacationing in Croatia and accepted an invitation to meet with their counterpart during their stay. mf/mcs
