HaZZ: House Fire in Lipany Claims One Life

Lipany, May 2 (TASR) - One person was killed in a fire in two dwellings that occurred in a settlement in the town of Lipany (Presov region) on Thursday morning, TASR was told by an operations officer of the Presov Regional Directorate of the Fire and Rescue Corps (HaZZ). "Eight firefighters from the Lipany, Sabinov and Presov fire stations with three tankers and one ambulance responded at the scene," said the operations officer, adding that the damage amounts to €20,000. am/df
